Jonathon:

I want to thank you for taking this seriously and not just accepting it.

It is a crime to clearly discriminate by asking this question. The EEOC
accepts only 20% of cases submitted, I have one pending. My attorney feels
confident that they will not accept my claim although my case is clear, but
that will free them up to bring suit against my prior employer.

Avoiding the expense of engaging lawyers, I would suggest that you contact
your State's Disability Rights Division and Blind Services. Also your
State's Employment Services, they most likely have a specialist in assisting
with the employment of "disabled" folk.

Also, I would engage your State's NFB Chapter to advocate to address this
issue.

Thank you for being an advocate for all of us,

JD Townsend, LCSW
