Have any JAWS users had luck with Doxy.Me? I gave it a look yesterday and wasn't finding it to be as accessible as I'd hoped.
Thanks. Audrey

Good day.
I know of some who have used Zoom.
As far as I understand, y if you use Zoom, it is recommended that you draft a BAA that you share with your clients beforehand. You can Google Zoom BAA Hipaa compliance to get more info . I used to use SImple Practice but found accessibility issues, especially with my Mac. I reached out to the service without much response from their team. Also, if you use their telehealth, you have to pay an additional $10 per month.
I use a easy no bells or whistles platform called Doxy. It is free. The client does not have to download any software. YOu just send them a link.. they click on it, type in their name, and then click on connect. Super easy. It works on your computer or eve your iPhone. I tried VSEE, another free service, but it is not accessible with the MAc. I am not sure how it works with Jaws. SO, my recommendation would be to try out Doxy . It is easy, free, and easy for clients to use.
BEst wishes,

I am an independent contractor, and the practice with which I am affiliated has gone to a telehealth provider platform. The practice is using Theralink. I have had difficulty accessing some of the main features that I need to use. Please let me know if any of you have found a program that is user friendly, especially the video conferencing feature. You may inbox me, or send me an email with any information that you may have.
