I had similar problems when I needed a reader for the LPC. I had to complain
to the NBCC, but I am not sure whom you would contact since your exam is
Social Work.

I do know this, many complaints have been filed with the ADA regarding
Pearson, and their readers.

Hello,
I spoke with a pearson agent over the phone last Wednesday. They told me
that my reader will reach out to me in 2-4 days. It has been a week and no
one has reached out to me. I am planning of calling the pearson agent again
on Monday. Does anyone have any suggestions. I want to take my exam in
August.
