I need your organization's help.   I am trying to apply to become a licensed clinical social worker in Virginia, but the Virginia Board of Social Work does not have any policy, process, or procedure to request a reasonable accommodation or modification of their policies.   I am in a job currently making about $5 per hour as a social worker so I don't have cash to hire an attorney.   The NFB legal department says they will only get involved if they get a request from a chapter or a division.    Please let me know how one proposes a resolution to take a position on a topic.   The rsoltuion would say something like in order to comply with the ADA the Virginia Board of Social Work or perhaps even every state licensing boardy needs to create a procedure for requesting accommodations.    If there is a way the division has a way to vote on resoultions please let me know when, how and to whom the resolutions goes.       On Friday, April 29, 2022, 08:01:15 AM EDT, <humanser-request at nfbnet.org> wrote:
