Good morning,
I've seen no official update to say this is true, and I'm pretty sure it isn't. Aira has said for years they succeed hippa so hippa isn't necessary. Also it would cost them thousands of dollars to make every agent compliant under HIPPA. If you have proof great, but until I see it I am doubtful.
