[Iabs-talk] Chapter Meeting Reminder

The chapter meeting will take place Saturday, April 17, at Exchequer Pub, at
1:00 PM.  In place of a program we will have our annual elections and a meal
appeal auction.  Our business portion of the meeting will be first with
elections and the meal appeal auction to follow.  The following people
intend to run for the following positions:  President:  David Meyer, First
Vice President:  Denise Avant, Second Vice President:  Connie Davis,
Secretary:  Debbie Stein, Treasurer:  Steve Hastalis, and board members:
Patti Chang, Mary Lou Grunwald, Debbie Pittman and Jemal Powell.  Anyone is
free to run.  In order to do that, you must be an active member and ask
someone to nominate you.  If you are going to nominate someone, please
consult them prior to doing so.  In order to vote, you must have paid your
dues prior to or by our March meeting.  You also needed to have attended at
least one chapter meeting during the past calendar year.  We will have a
list of people whose dues are current if you should have questions.

We will accept auction items for the auction, such as non-perishable food
items, gently used or new kitchen appliances or utensils, cookbooks, gift
certificates for restaurants etc.  If you wish to donate an item, please
make sure you have it labeled in print or Braille and bring it to the
