Aly has asked me to chair the IABS Constitutional Amendment  Committee.  We 
will meet next Tuesday, January 19, at 8 PM Central Time to  discuss 
whether we want to seek to amend the constitution to add an  additional two board 
positions to our current seven-board-member  structure.
