I'd recommend Saint Xavier who has one of the best accounting programs in
the state. Their Disability Services Office is quite good, but what makes
them exceptional is that they work one-on-one with the students to develop
the right strategies for that particular student. For example, if she needs
more intensive services, they'll provide them, but if she wants her DSS
office to have more of a hands-off approach, then they'll do that. They also
have a Trio program which supports students with disabilities, so that'd
give her access to her own personal counselor (psychological), tutors
(free), and academic advisor, among other things.
DePaul's DSS office is not as good, but it seems to be strongest for
students who are deaf or have hearing loss. That might be a good fit for your
friend. DePaul's accounting program is also one of the best in the state.

There is a lady in my department at work who wants to go to school to
study
accounting. She has Ushers Syndrome, so will also need a school with a
good
office for students with disabilities. She would welcome suggestions. She
lives
here in Chicago.
Thanks. Just post back to me and I will pass the info along to her.
