Hey all!  State convention is coming up and we hope to kick it off to a great start with our annual IABS Idol!  For those of you who don't know, this is an event in which anyone can perform a song, much like American Idol, and a panel of judges critiques you!  Don't worry, most of them are nice!  For a simple fee of $5 per person per song, you can sing your favorite Taylor Swift, Beatles, Rihanna, and much much more!  Just shoot me an e-mail at roseailuj at att.net or call me at 773 899 1654 telling me what song you would like to sing and whether or not you want to sing with karaoke, music, or a capella!  

Also, don't forget about battle of the chapters!  The competition is always fierce, and this year should be especially interesting as the theme is Songs About Independence.  
We hope that every chapter will participate!
