Dear List Members,
I hope this message finds you all well. If any of you are also subscribed
to the Blind Law mailing list, you already know that I am looking for people
who are interested in improving the accessibility of classes that prepare
prospective law students for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).
Currently, many of Kaplan's online resources, including video tutorials and
full-length tests released by the Law School Admission Council are not
compatible with JAWS. Moreover, the company seems to have no plans to
address these issues. Finally, the Princeton Review, a similar company,
appears to be out of compliance as well.
With that in mind, please contact me off list if you would like to join the
iniciative to rectify these issues. In particular, I am looking for people
who have recently taken, are currently enrolled, or plan to take such a
class in the near future. I am also looking for people who have had
experience with BluPrint LSAT, a third private company, as I currently don't
have any information as to the accessibility of its products and services
and would like to know if they need to be part of this too. Thank you in
advance for your responses.
All the Best,
Michal
