Hello all,
I visited the hotel on Friday,  and stayed until Saturday morning. And rode the train both ways. For people needing assistance at union station on Friday, it is available. The hotel knows that most of us will  be coming in on Friday, and leaving on Saturday. So they are prepared to shuttle people back and forth. Please be aware that the hotels shuttles are not handicapped accessible. And  both vans seat eleven people.  So, you will need to call a cab company in Naperville to order an accessible cab if that is what you need. If you need to call the hotel for any reason, the number is 630-505-4900.
When you leave on Sunday, be aware that there is track work going on, and you will be redirected to go to track 1 on the north side. You will not be able to use the track directly in front of the station's door.  Ramping to get to the north side is available. However, the Naperville station does not have any staff around to assist you in getting to the track 1 on the north side. As I recall, you go out of the train station's dor, go to the right, and there will be an area that leads you around to the north side. There are others taking the train, and I just followed them. Also, the shuttle driver can assist I am sure.
