Hi everyone, this is a reminder that in a couple hours, the PR committee
will have a teleconference:

would like to help NFBI promote our many programs and strengthen our
effectiveness in sharing our philosophy and meeting our goals by increasing
communication to reach those who want to know about us, I invite you to
call in, and see if you may also like to join the committee.

for each promotion so you have all the info about each campaign.

       1/1 – 22 open reading period

       2/1/2016 reading logs due

       did everyone receive lists and how far were you able to get?

       This is still ongoing, we can still follow up and I will repeat
sending emails to contacts.



Focused contacts strategy, improving our quality of media contacts:

       1: we need to find media outlets in our areas.

       2: I need to find media contacts in areas where WS delegates are
from.

       2: I’ll ask other federationists to identify outlets in their areas
(that I can email and copy the person who is near that media outlet).



Email (I would like to setup a new email just for press releases and PR, to
better manage all the information exchange in PR)

       Internships and Scholarships (internship now has rolling dates, so
we’ll be promoting periodically).

       Spring Seminars - Parent, TVI and Student seminars (4/15 - 16)
