Hello everyone,

This is just a reminder that  Washington Seminar  applications are due by
December 1, 2016 at 11:59 pm. So far, I have seven applications. Illinois
takes up to nine people, which may include at least one student,and  a
parent. The rests of the delegation  should be comprised of members from
