> I wanted to let you know (and hopefully you can spread the word) about some exciting events aimed at creating opportunities for attorneys with disabilities will take place in Chicago on March 15, 2017. Access Success, an in-person event, will showcase attorneys and law students with disabilities and introduce them to law firms and law departments. An in-person CLE will address the litigation risks under the ADA that law firms and legal departments may face for failing to make their websites accessible to persons with disabilities. Finally, law firms and law departments can sign up for an online networking fair and connect with at least 10 attorneys or law students with disabilities. I have attached a flyer detailing these events that you can distribute. These events offer an opportunity for law firms and law departments to enhance their diversity and inclusion initiatives and activities as they pertain to disability.
