The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee is speedily moving toward considering
the Marrakesh Implementation Act. S2559 with  the Foreign Relations
Committee in tantum. Per President Riccobono's e-mail, it looks like action
may be taken as early as May 10. Senator Durbin is a member of the Senate's
Judiciary Committee. Please call Senator Durbin's Washington office, and
urge him to co-sponsor S2559. His Washington office number is

Please also call Senator Duckworth, and ask her to co-sponsor as well. Her

Our senators need to hear from us on the importance of this treaty to the
