Debbie and All,

You can update the Windows app from within the app itself. This is probably the easiest way to do it. To download and install the latest version, do the following:
1. Open Zoom on your computer.
2. Tab to the account/profile button. Your screen reader will announce it differently depending on your Zoom configuration (whether you are logged in, whether you have a paid or free account, etc.). In my case, since I have a paid account, JAWS says, “Zoom, Michal Nowicki, Status, Available, Licensed Account 
button dropdown.”
3. Press the spacebar. A menu will open.
4. Up arrow until you navigate to “check for updates” and press enter.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

Updating the iPhone Zoom app works the same way as updating any other app you downloaded from the iOS App Store. So, for example, if you have automatic updates enabled, you might already have the newest version without even realizing it.
