Hi all. It's funny that you mention this because I had an incident with Uber on 6 December where they never showed up. I was waiting for my Uber to take me to union station from Macy's and I called the driver let them know that I was blind. And where to find me. He had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and he kept saying where he was and he made no effort to come and find me. He charged me a cancellation fee. I was able to call Uber and report him and they did refund the cancellation fee. I was also able to get another Uber. However, I had to run like hell to get my train and I just barely made it. Had the first Uber showed up going to show up it would habe been fine. Avia sleeve the drivers English wasvery poor.
