Good morning, a few notes of follow up from our Accessibility Working Group meeting on Thursday:

 

*	Protect Chicago Plus information for Archer Heights, Austin, Back of the Yards, Chicago Lawn, Englewood, Little Village and North Lawndale attached.
*	United Center eligibility:

*	65+
*	Chicago residents 18-64 with underlying conditions living in vulnerable, under-vaccinated zip codes (60608, 60619, 60620, 60624, 60644, 60649, 60651, 60652, 60653) 
*	Limited appointments are made available through Zocdoc only for Chicagoans 18-64 with under-lying conditions who live outside these priority zip codes 
*	Appointments have also been reserved for people with disabilities (scheduling through MOPD)
