[IABS-Talk] Public Hearing - Chicago - Accessible Vote by Mail

Hello Everyone:

Last week, there was a hybrid public hearing in Springfield on accessible
vote by mail. The hearing now moves to Chicago on November 10 between 2-4
PM. Blind, low vision and print disabled voters are advocating for the same
right as sighted citizens to vote secretly, privately and independently.
This means using your own access technology to cast and return your vote.
You may wish to give public comment or just tune in to show your support.
