Introducing Pace’s Rideshare Access Program (RAP). RAP is a NEW option available for ADA paratransit riders starting March 11, 2024.

What is Pace's Rideshare Access Program (RAP)?

Pace's Rideshare Access Program (RAP) provides eligible ADA paratransit riders a subsidy of their Uber or UZURV rideshare trips. If the trip is within Pace’s ADA paratransit service area (i.e., ¾ of a mile from any Pace or CTA fixed bus route), Pace will subsidize the cost of the rideshare trip after the first $2.00 and not exceeding $30.00.

You must be certified for ADA Paratransit by the Regional Transpiration Authority (RTA) to be eligible for RAP. 

An Uber or UZURV account is required before enrolling in RAP. Enrollment in RAP is voluntary.

Please note: Your access to ADA Paratransit services does not change. For those who have already enrolled in Pace's Taxi Access Program (TAP), you may enroll in either RAP or TAP but not both.
