[il-talk] Iabs board meeting

Hi there,
I am just writing to say that I might not be able to be present on the
Iabs board meeting.  This is due to no phone access.  Right now I don't
know for certain so can't tell you if I will be a present participant. 
I won't know till possibly late afternoon or early evening.  I will try
to be there but no promises.
I'm sorry for slacking off on the reminders.
