[il-talk] voting problem

When I went to vote, the people working the polling place actually did not know how to put the ballet in the machine. My father helped me fill out a ballet in a booth. I think everyone working the poll place should know how to work the machine especially putting the ballet in the machine and general use of it. I truly didn't appreciate it. 
      At least I did get my vote in though.
