In fact, now there is talk of an appeal of the decision to not pass the  
constitutional convention based on the premise that people like us, who didn't  
receive the new version, only had access to the bias version.  So the  question 
is not by any means settled.  We will likely have a do-over in  next year's 
election.  They simply can't be sure that we didn't vote the  way we did because 
we had a misleading question.  So by not giving us a  copy of the question in 
advance of us entering the voting booths, and by not  offering to read us the 
question, again, in advance, the polling judges may have  invalidated the 
results of the question.

I am not  sure that pass or not passing is the issue when we are dealing with 
equal  access.  The new version was mandated because the judge thought the  
original was biased against passage.   I think we should have  the same
