well folks i did not have a good day yesterday. first, the mulltiple emails which i never intended to send. then all the complaints for the emails. and then when i realized the people who complained don't make orders, or stopped maing orders, or questioned the safety of the program.l lost it. 
i deeply apologize to the list for losing my temper and calling people out. everyone has the right to order or not. 
please forgive me.
