This is a notice to make everyone aware of construction around the Lighthouse.

Subject: Temporary sidewalk

  
Lighthouse Participants, Volunteers and Staff,

  The temporary sidewalk along Roosevelt Road between Wood and Wolcott is now in place.

 It begins approximately 40 feet east  of our canopied entrance, where an audio message announces the temporary sidewalk. The sidewalk extends to Wolcott
which is the eastern border of our property. 

 Along the length of the sidewalk are 2 driveway entrances which are denoted by bump dot panels in the pavement. The driveway entrances will be used by
construction vehicles, however there will always be a guard present when the driveways are in use.

 Along the south side of the sidewalk, concrete barriers separate pedestrians from the traffic along Roosevelt Road. 

 We have attempted to design all reasonable safety precautions into the temporary sidewalk and hope you are comfortable with the outcome.
