Hello all,

The next pr committee meeting will be on August 31, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. the
call in number is 712-580-7700, and the code is 6324. We will be discussing
our efforts to get out the word about freedom link, senior fair and state
convention. As we discussed on tonight's meeting, you have to decide what
program applies to your contact. So for example, you may only decide to tell
someone about the state convention and senior fair, but not freedom link if
you know the agency or schools do not concentrate in the Chicago area. Or if
you're contacting a school, then senior fair wouldn't be relevant. 

Don't forget to update your contact by getting the correct contact person
and e-mail address, and passing it on to Debbie P.

Please remember that we have not started contacting the press. We will be
doing that in mid-september.
