[il-talk] Discovery Conference Thanks

The Discovery Conference is a conference which happens approximately once
every two years.  It is important for us to be represented at this
conference as most organizations and agencies serving the blind participate
either as presenters, exhibitors, or both.  It is a great opportunity for us
to spread our message throughout the blind community in Illinois.
