Bob, I'm glad that you are on your way to get this solved.  Computers are wonderful as long as everything works okay.  But when things don't work well, they can be the bane of our existence.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback.

Based on no one else having problems with download speed on NLS, I checked with my ISP.  And yes, there is some kind of problem at my end.  Service is forthcoming here.
