[il-talk] Upcoming meeting

Initially there had been some problems putting money on the card according
to the currency exchange.  That problem seems to have been fixed now.  The
question now is does it work?  It is necessary for the card to be swiped
twice.  Once when the rider gets in the cab and again before they get out.
The first time is to ensure there is money on the card.
