Hello Federationists,

I am pleased to inform that we have added one more on H.R 886. Congressman Luis Gutierrez has signed on over a week ago. I shall give credit to Kelly and Carmen for visiting his office and making the case. There are 17 on this bill so far, and five from Illinois.
