Dear All,

I take great pride to inform that we have added two more cosponsors today. Jesse Jackson Jr. and Peter Roskam contacted Congressman Towns office to sign on on H.R 734.

Illinois is leading with seven cosponsors thus far.

And I anticipate at least three more before the first recess, which begins on April 6th.
