Hi Patti,

The Blind Services Planning Council did not meet due to scheduling conflicts 
with a couple members.  The meeting has been rescheduled to take place 
Saturday 4/25 at ICRI.  One of the items to be considered is the package of 
stimulus ideas which by then will have been the subject of a 3/30 Stake 
Holders meeting.
