[il-talk] Iabs Conference call meeting reminder

That is not at the same time.  The at large meeting is at 6:00 and IABS is 
meeting at 8:00.  We will have the at-large meeting done before 8:00.  If we 
don't people won't want to call back into a meeting that takes more than 2 
hours.
