I have pasted in the part about the Jewel certificate below. Go ahead and
send it to IL-talk.

Another way  to use the certificates ---  today, I was at Jewel and when
checking out they were asking if people wanted to donate toward food for the
poor. The cashier simply added it to the bill and took my certificates, so
one can donate to the poor through certificates!
