I attended a conference in 2005 at the rosen Center in Orlando and
slept in another one of Mr. Rosen’s hotels.  The service was
extraordinary.  Everything was perfect and the staff was highly
welcoming and supportive of me as a blind person without either
ignoring me or being highly solicitous.  The perfect balance somehow
was struck.  My experience was so amazing I wrote Mr. rosen and
thanked him for creating the experience of a lifetime.
