[il-talk] State Convention, Early Check-in, & Luggage

Normal check-in at the Holiday Inn O'Hare is 3 PM.  If you arrive before that time, particularly on Friday, Oct 8, for the Senior Fair, here's what you should do:  

1.  Go to the check-in desk and tell them you are there.  They will give you an approx time when your room will be available.  
2.  They will put your luggage in storage on the first floor.  
3.  Go back and check at the desk at the time they gave you earlier.  Assuming your room is then ready, gather up your luggage and you can go to your room.
