Hello all,

The next pr committee meeting will be September 14, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. the
conference call number is 712-580-7700. The code is 6324.

Up for discussion are our efforts to get out the word about Freedom link,
and our senior fair and state convention. Between now and our next meeting,
We will be trying to contact those people who just haven't gotten around to
calling us back yet. And we should soon be receiving a list of media
contacts.

Don't forget that if you call a contact, try to get the e-mail addresses or
fax numbers and forward them to Debbie P. so she can update our contact
lists.

The better our lists are, the easier it is to get the word out on this very
active affiliates calendar of events. Thanks everyone for your help with
these projects.
