I want to thank Debbie Pitman for taking the time for putting the petition
together.  Pace does not realize that there are thousands of people with
limited incomes.  The proposals set forth are not adequate; there needs to
be a long-term solution.  Pace is misusing money, period.  Now they want
more?  Especially for the disabled?  Come on now.
