[il-talk] Cheap eye exam?

I've heard talk of someone who works out of the Rockford IL Center for Sight 
and Hearing who charges a nominal fee for low vision examinations.  He does 
fundraising to help pay down the costs of exams.  I'm sorry, but I don't 
have any better information than that.  Perhaps you can contact the Center 
to ask about this doctor.
