Hello all.  Below is EFE's announcement regarding our upcoming meeting about
voting and people with disabilities.  We hope you can attend and be part of
the discussion on this important topic.

The next meeting of the Disability Rights Consortium will take place on
Wednesday August 25th from 9:30-11:00 at Equip for Equality (20 North
Michigan, Suite 300).  Our topic will be voting and people with
disabilities.  Speakers will include representatives from the Chicago Board
of Elections, Cook County Clerk's office and Equip for Equality.  Please
pass this information along to others who may have an interest/expertise on
this topic.  

If you are unable to attend in person, you can participate via webcast by
logging onto www.illinoislegaladvocate.org and then click on "Calendar" and
then click on the Consortium link on 8/25.

A sign language interpreter will be present for the meeting.
