hi folks, this is the reason we have IL-talk. lois montgomery just helped me in downloading my first book from NLS. after talking to humanware several times i got nowhere. but lois talked me through it.and she didn't help to gain praise. she knows how important it is for a blind person to have the freedom to read whatever he wants. joe
