I also heard yesterday that Mark Kirk has come on as a cosponsor.  Now  
Illinois only needs to get the last two from the House on board and all of our  
Members will have cosponsored the bill.  I'm definitely enjoying my  
bragging rights in the Governmental Affairs Department.

able to send this news sooner.  I learned  early this morning that
Senator Burris has joined as a cosponsor of S. 841  the Pedestrian Safety
