Cathy has limited computer access from where she and Bob are vacationing; so I forward this on her behalf.  I have known Carmen for nearly as long, and have likewise been a frequent guest at her house and have worked with her on several projects.  Well done, Carmen.  Charlie and Kristy:

Dear Federation friends,

  Bob and I send you send you sad greetings from Amelia Island, Florida where I have limited computer access.
  How do I say good-by to Carman? My head understands this but my heart will not accept it. Carman has been a most important part of my Federation family for the past 27 years.
  I have worked on numerous NFB projects with her. I have spent many weekends as Carman's guest and we have shared countless good times at State and National Conventions. 
  Carman, Christi and Charlie are in my prayers and instead of saying good-by Carman, dear friend, let me say "until we meet again".
