Hi LeAnne.  The shuttle doesn't have a lift, but there is a transportation
company for people with disabilities called Joyful Transportation,
217-381-9422.  As I understand it, they have a wheelchair lift so whomever
needs that accommodation would call that number.  I don't know if it's free
but it's worth a shot.  Hth
