Instead of the paper cups, I bought silicone.  You can use them over 
and over again.  An ice-cream scoop works well or a pitcher for 
pouring.  I saw something on TV that is supposed to work for pouring 
batter, but haven't heard anything good about it.  Have fun.

Hey, if you want to experiment and make some cupcakes for me, I would 
be happy to sample them...just kidding.  I love cupcakes.
