We need to push on HR734, the Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act, or what we 
sometimes call the Quiet Car bill.  There are currently 227 co-sponsors in 
the house, well over the number to bring this bill to either a hearing or 
onto the floor for a vote.  But the bill is stuck in the Energy and Commerce 
Committee with Chairman Waxman apparently having little interest in moving 
it forward.

Please read the message below and call Chairman Waxman's office to ask for 
action on HR734.
