                  Want to learn how to easily download Bookshare books onto your Victor Reader Stream? Join us for a short 30-minute demonstration and find out what’s new at Bookshare and HumanWare. The demonstration will cover the following topics: 
                  • Downloading Bookshare books to the Victor Reader Stream using the Companion software 
                  • Downloading Bookshare books using a direct transfer to the Victor Reader Stream 
                  • How to sign up for Bookshare 
                  • Upcoming news and events from Bookshare and HumanWare

            Since getting his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from University of Montreal in 1994, Julien has held sales and Major Accounts Manager positions in the telecommunications and enterprise software industries. Three years ago, he joined HumanWare as a Market Development Manager for the Victor Reader and Trekker GPS solutions. Julien develops partnerships with strategic organizations, rehabilitation professionals and teachers in United States and Europe to create awareness about HumanWare solutions. 

            Mario Oliveros 
            Partner Program Manager 
            Benetech/Bookshare 

            Mario Oliveros serves as the Partner Program Manager for Bookshare.org. He has over 9 years of hi-tech marketing and nonprofit experience, including outreach and development in higher education. At Bookshare.org, he manages partnership development, including marketing and outreach with parent organizations, assistive technology centers, assistive technology developers, students, and teachers. Mario achieved a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in the Social Sciences, both from the University of Chicago. Mario has also achieved a Masters degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit leadership as a National Urban Fellow.
