The easiest way to get this done would be to create a dropbox account by visiting the following link:

Dropbox allows you to backup and share your files online. One of the nice features of dropbox is being able to create public links that can be sent to people for accessing specific content or files on your computer. For example, this file that normally be emailed or sent up to sendApace could just reside in a specific folder on your computer and could be shared via a generated URL.
