Hello Everyone,

Suburban Lung Association, the agency responsible for our program at the
November Chicago Chapter meeting will be providing a luncheon prior to the
meeting.  It will likely feature pizza and salad Exchequer style.

The deadline for reservations for this luncheon will be extended through the
