Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As the Executive Director of Life's Plan Pooled Trust, I am sending out a
friendly reminder to Individuals with disabilities here in Illinois about a
new Assistive Technology Mini Grant. This mini grant opportunity is to
provide grant money to help individuals with disabilities fund an assistive
technology need that promotes their independence in the community. Life's
Plan is a non-profit organization that manages a pooled Special Needs Trust
who has been serving people with disabilities for over 24 years. Life's
Plan was founded by the Ray Graham Association, an Illinois non-profit
service provider that serves individuals with disabilities.

The mini grant proposal is on the Life's Plan Inc. Website:
www.lifesplaninc.org<http://www.lifesplaninc.org>. Life's Plan is accepting
applications until November 30, 2010 until 5 p.m.
Please pass the good word along to your disability networks on this great
opportunity to provide someone with a disability with some technological
assistance that could hopefully improve their quality of life.

Sincerely,
